Screen Printing of American Apparel Shirts and Hoodies
We do a lot of custom printing on American Apparel shirts and hoodies. They are popular, being a ringspun, light-weight fabric with a modern cut and a sought-after brand name. Below is a grid of prices for one color, one location prints on the various listed AA styles. These are base prices, and if you need a second location or multiple colors, we can do that. To get a price, just email us with your information and we can give you a quote, which is a more exact price. You can also give us a call at 215-514-7643 to discuss an order and get answers for your questions.
All the prices below are base prices for the garment plus a one-color print on the front only. We will be happy to give you a price on anything more complicated, or other American Apparel styles.

** These are the standard hoodies which print well and we like to use, but must get directly from AA, so please add one week to working time.
Above pricing shows various garments and colors that we can get from our local distributor, not directly from American Apparel. We prefer to order locally because we get better pricing and the blanks come in one or two days, instead of a week or more that AA takes to get orders to us. We can, of course, get their full catalog of styles and colors, but it will take longer and may cost more. When you contact us we can look up availability of other styles for you. Also, you can see all the American Apparel products that we can get locally , as well as visit American Apparel's website to see everything they have that we could get. Note the style code of anything that interests you. Note that our special discharge inks only work on cotton fibers, so printing on dark blend fabrics can be difficult.
Additional costs may incur, such as set up fees, $10 per screen and $15 to $20 for mixing colors. We ship with UPS out of Philadelphia. Normal turnaround time is about one week for orders that use locally acquirable blanks or about two weeks for orders for which we need to order straight from American Apparel in LA.
Discounts will apply for very large orders, composed of multiple designs and garment styles, or just large volume in general.
