Screen Printing of Hooded Sweatshirts
Whatever the amount of hoodies that you need, we give competitive pricing. Instead of using normal PVC inks, we print with discharge and waterbased screen printing. Check the information page to learn more about those processes.
We can offer lots of brands, but offer four standard; Hanes, Gildan, American Apparel, and Independent (our favorite). We have low minimums too; 12 hoodies for a 1color design, 18 hoodies for a 2color, 24 hoodies for a 3color, 36 hoodies for a 4color. We can do 5 and 6 color printing too, but would like to give a minimum based on every design. Email us for pricing if you want to add printing to a sleeve or on the back, which doesn't add much cost per unit and varies with the complexity of the second print location and amount printed.
Pricing below is per garment for custom printed hoodies. Screen set up is $10 per color (waived for orders of 24 or more hoodies). Ink mixing if necessary is $20 per color (waived for orders of 36 or more hoodies).

We can also provide many youth hoodies. Contact us for details on that. Pricing is comparable to that for adult hoodies.
Note that since we don't use traditional plastic inks and instead use discharge and waterbased inks, a few color combinations can be difficult and some dark garments such as 50/50 blends may not allow a very bright print. Generally, dark fabrics discharge very well and light fabrics print very well with waterbased inks. With discharge on hoodies, the higher the cotton content, the brighter the prints.
