Custom Polo Shirts
Quality vinyl decoration on polo and sport shirts
If you're looking for printed apparel more appropriate for casual business or going out, then polo shirts (also called sport shirts) may be better for you than custom shirts (although you can always use both!) We do not do embroidery, which is a difficult and expensive process with machines far more complicated than a screen printing press. Instead we use very nice heat transfer vinyl. The type we use is called Eco-Film, made by Spectra, and is environmentally safe, with a very soft feel on the shirt, the softest we've ever seen with any sort of vinyl. It feels softer than a traditional screen print, but not quite as soft as our waterbased and discharge inks.
We can use the vinyl to print onto the left chest area of the polo shirt. Prices for different polo styles are below, and you can view the rest of the polos we can get along with everything else here, just note the style code of anything that you like.
Artwork needs to be in vector format, like Illustrator or PDF, and in one color. If you don't have vector format, we can create it for you if you just want text. We can do pretty small detail with this kind of vinyl, which is one reason why we like it.
Standard vinyl print colors we offer are black, navy, blue, pink, red and white. We can get other colors but if you need a color that we don't think we'd use often, there is a $40 charge because we have to order a whole roll of the vinyl to do just your polos. Check the bottom of the page for the chart of colors.
Pricing includes the print and the polo. There are no set up charges unless it takes more than 20 minutes to set up the logo/text, and then it is $30 an hour, but that would be uncommon.
