Pricing for Printed Shirts and Hoodies
We thrive on custom work and would love to print your designs on any apparel that we offer. If you'd like prints done on items other than what we offer on this page, just contact us and we will look into availability of such item.

Order stipulations, requirements, and information
- - There is a minimum of ten items for one-color designs, fifteen items for two-color, twenty for three-color, thirty for four-color. No set minimum for five or six color designs.
- - Designs submitted to be used for printing need to be print ready, such that the images need to be large in dimension and in high DPI, preferably 300 DPI (dots per inch resolution). Any designs that have multiple colors need to have each color split into its own layer. Photoshop or Illustrator files are preferred but we can work with high quality JPG files also. The higher the quality of the submitted image, the better the resulting prints. Colors must be flat, with no shading, scaling or fading. Extremely fine detail may not come out well, so try to avoid minutia such as 1 point lines. We will do minimal work to images to make them ready for screening at no charge, but for any image that needs considerable preparation we must charge $30 an hour for graphic work. We also offer graphic design if you need a design created from scratch based on yor idea.
- - We can use a variety of ink colors for the same design if you would like. Printing with different color inks for the same design is priced similar to as if it were two separate orders because it is two print runs, although the pricing may be lower considerably.
- - There is a $10 charge for setting up each screen. Designs with multiple colors and print locations require a separate screen for every color. Our screen set up charge is significantly lower than most printers in order to encourage small run orders.
- - We will print anywhere possible; front, back, side, inside collar, or long or short sleeves. Additional charges are incurred for multiple print locations. Ask for a quote specific to your needs.
- - If you are in the Philadelphia area and wish to provide your own shirts for us to print on we will arrange a time for you to drop off the apparel. If you are not local, but still wish to provide your own blanks, that is fine as well. We charge $5 per print on provided shirts for 10 to 15 pieces, $4 each for 16 to 20, $3 per for 21 to 50 prints, and $2 per print for 50+ prints, if the print is a one-color design. Contact for a specific quote for multiple-color prints on your own blank garments. Note that we prefer to provide the blank garments, especially since we use discharge inks for printing on darks, and they don't work well on all brands and colors and styles.
- - Generally, a 50% deposit is required before we can start your order, and 75% is needed for an order of $1000 or more. We accept paypal and credit cards in person or over the phone, money orders by mail or in person, and cash for local customers. We can also take company or organization checks but may have to wait for the funds to clear before starting the order.
- - XXL, XXXL and greater sizes may be available, but incur a higher cost depending on the type of print item.
- - If you want a certain clothing item printed that we do not offer below, just contact us and we will try to make it happen for you. Please browse an online catalog that shows almost everything that we can obtain from our distributor. Please note the style code when you find an item that you like. Besides that distributor, we also have accounts with Alstyle, Alternative, American Apparel and Independent.
Following are prices for one color / one location prints. Please contact us for a quote for any multiple color, multiple location, or bulk prints. Discounts will also be given for multiple designs in one large order.
