Anything marked "easy to adjust" has a layer in the Photoshop file that allows you to adjust the shirt color to anything while maintaining a realistic look. They were created with Photoshop CC 2019.
The PNG versions are usually in white to try to make it easier to adjust the color, and they have a transparent background when possible.

All files have multiple layers and the colors should be easy to adjust in anything that doesn't have really advanced shading. They were created with Illustrator CS6.
If you don't have Illustrator, then EPS may be your best bet to work with. The SVG files may look odd when imported into some software.
Artwork should be added to its own new layers so it's easiest for the screen printer to work with.
